Using the app Final Surge, training sessions are uploaded for the requested time period and are planned in a way that is achievable for you. Questions about your availability will be asked prior to the plan being written
It is about YOU. Everyone is so unique and therefore things will be never be exactly the same person to person. I get to know a little about your training from the initial questions which helps me better write the plan for you
Athletes can write feedback on the Final Surge for their use and reflection. This feedback will be reviewed weekly by the coach before planning future weeks. It is also a good idea to keep as a training log
